This class will explore the personal language of O’Keeffe’s work and the impact of her choices to develop an alternative to imitative realism in her drawings and paintings. Discussions and lectures will be complemented by gallery visits to SDMA’s special exhibition Georgia O’Keeffe and the Women of the Stieglitz Circle.
