Michele Burgess, Director of Brighton Press, discusses the art of fine press books and collaborations on projects that involve the book as medium. Her books are in public collections across the country and have been shown at the Musée d’Art Americain in Giverny, France. Director Burgess works in printmaking, painting, sculpture, and book arts. She teaches in the art departments at San Diego State University and the University of San Diego.
