Museum Art School (Meet at the Museum)

Take inspiration from Wayne Thiebaud’s colorful confections in the Museum’s sweetest workshop yet! Workshop participants will learn to layer thick layers of paint (impasto) to create textured still life paintings of delectable desserts. Led by Museum Educator Collete Tamayo, this workshop also includes an exclusive before-hours tour of the Museum’s California Colorists installation.

Open to all skill levels. Recommended for ages 16+.

$65 members, students / $70 seniors, military /$75 nonmembers
