Join us for an illuminating talk by the multidisciplinary visual artist Marcos Ramírez ERRE, whose thought-provoking work explores the complex dynamics of borders, identity, and human relationships in our globalized world. With a perspective that stems from living and working in the US–Mexico border region and a keen eye for social justice issues, ERRE creates art that challenges viewers to reconsider notions of boundaries, migration, and coexistence in contemporary society.
ERRE will discuss his artistic process and the conceptual foundations of his practice. He’ll share insights from notable projects featured in prestigious exhibitions worldwide, including the Whitney Biennial and Havana Biennial. ERRE will share his incisive observations on identity formation, geopolitics, and human relationships that are sure to provoke thoughtful discussion.
